15-Day Return Window

You may return any unused ALTFISHBIKE product within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included, and in the same new condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@altfishbike.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Securely repackage the item and affix the provided return label.
4. Drop the package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping in full.
• Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Large items (golf carts): Return shipping for LTL freight is quoted on a case-by-case basis, typically $200–$500 depending on location.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or PayPal may take an additional 2–7 business days to reflect the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been ridden, assembled beyond initial testing, or show obvious signs of use.
• Items damaged by misuse, accident, water submersion beyond the rated IP specification, or unauthorized modification.
• Final-sale or clearance items marked as such at the time of purchase.
• Free promotional gifts (unless returned together with the main product).

Exchanges

If you would like a different color or model, the fastest process is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact our support team and we will do our best to hold stock for you during the exchange.
