Shipping Overview
ALTFISHBIKE offers free standard shipping on every order delivered within the continental United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are dispatched the same day from our California warehouse.
Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (most orders ship within 24 hours).
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ): 2–4 business days.
- Central & Mountain regions: 3–5 business days.
- East Coast: 5–7 business days.
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 7–14 business days (surcharge may apply).
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting our support team.
Large-Item Delivery (Golf Carts)
The 6-Seater Off-Road Golf Cart ships via LTL freight carrier due to its size and weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18 years or older must be present to accept delivery. Curbside delivery is included; white-glove inside delivery is available at an additional cost.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico.
- International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU — shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout.
- Lithium-battery products comply with all applicable DOT and IATA transportation regulations.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@altfishbike.com within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
