These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of altfishbike.com and any purchase you make from ALTFISHBIKE, operated by Shenzhen Yiyuntong Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering products intended for use by minors, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for supervision and safety.

2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
Product images and specifications are provided for illustration; slight variations in color or finish may occur.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Payment

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards processed through PayPal. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. You will be charged at the time the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return for unused products in original packaging.

6. Warranty

Products come with the limited warranty described in our Warranty Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

7. Safe Use & Responsibility

Always wear a DOT-approved helmet and appropriate protective gear when riding.
Obey all local laws, age restrictions, and traffic regulations. Electric scooters, dirt bikes, and golf carts may not be legal to operate on public roads in every jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to check local laws.
Do not operate products under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or beyond the skill of the rider.
Supervise riders under 18 at all times. Electric dirt bikes can reach high speeds and are not toys.
Perform pre-ride safety checks (brakes, tires, battery) and follow the maintenance schedule in your manual.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, images, video, graphics, and software — is the property of ALTFISHBIKE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

When using our website you agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or data.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site without authorization.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews.
